There will always be someone who is better than you

If you only measure yourself against external recognition, the harsh reality of life is that there will always be someone who is better than you. This blog post looks at why I feel it is important to define what success looks like for you, and to measure yourself against that, rather than possibly unrealistic external benchmarks.
